Welcome to this game. In these Terms, "we", "us", "our" and "the operator" refer to Helloreader Limited. These Terms set out the rights and obligations between you and the operator concerning use of the game, accounts, saved progress, virtual items and services. Please read these Terms and the Privacy Policy before use. If you do not agree to these Terms, please stop using the game. Where a parent or guardian's consent is legally required, obtain that consent before use.
1. Services and Eligibility
The game provides entertainment features such as fishing, character development and related mini-games. The available content depends on the actual version. In-game currency, rewards and items are for in-game entertainment and cannot be exchanged for cash or real-world property.
You must meet applicable legal requirements where you live, the target-age requirements published in the store and Google's account-use requirements. Google Play content ratings and legal eligibility under local law are separate requirements; please comply with both.
2. Google Sign-In and Game Accounts
The game currently requires you to sign in with a Google account and does not offer a guest mode. During sign-in, the game submits a Google ID Token to our server for authentication and uses the unique Google account identifier to create or identify your game account. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Google manages your Google account. We do not provide Google password registration, storage or reset services, and will not ask you to give us your Google password.
Use only an account you are authorized to use, protect your device and Google account, and do not impersonate others. If you notice unusual account activity, use Google's account-security features and our customer support channels. We will consider the circumstances when handling disputes and will not hold you responsible for all losses merely because your account was used for a particular access.
Game accounts and saved progress are generally associated with the Google account used to sign in. Switching Google accounts may load different saved progress. Progress from different accounts is not automatically merged.
3. Saved Progress, Synchronization and Network Access
The game stores game accounts and saved progress on our own servers and may cache game data locally on your device. This is not Google Play Games cloud saving.
Sign-in, downloading and uploading server saves, ads and related features require a working network connection and the relevant Google services. Network interruptions, device faults, incomplete uploads or simultaneous use on multiple devices may affect synchronization. Keep your network connection available where possible and avoid clearing app data before synchronization is complete.
We will reasonably maintain the save service and investigate recoverable issues, but cannot guarantee that data loss will never occur under any device or network conditions. Liability arising from our fault will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
4. Ads, Rewards and Charges
The current version is free to play and does not offer in-game top-ups, subscriptions or paid purchases. Your network provider may charge you for data usage under its own rules.
The game displays rewarded ads through Google AdMob. You can choose whether to watch them. Viewing requirements, rewards and eligibility conditions are described in the game. If you do not watch an ad, you may not receive its corresponding optional ad reward.
Ad availability depends on network conditions, ad inventory, your device and the advertising service. An unavailable ad does not mean that you have satisfied the reward conditions. Rewards are granted based on valid viewing and completion callbacks. If an issue occurs, contact customer support for investigation.
Ad content is provided by third parties. If you click an ad or access an advertised product or service, you should review the relevant third-party terms. We remain responsible for our own obligations under applicable law.
If paid features are added in the future, we will explain their prices, purchase conditions and applicable terms before offering them.
5. Virtual Items
In-game currency, items, characters, boats and other virtual content form part of the game service and may be obtained through gameplay, quests, events or qualifying rewarded ads.
Virtual content does not represent real-world currency, investments or property returns. It cannot be withdrawn as cash or traded outside the game. Without permission, you must not commercially resell or rent accounts or virtual content.
We may reasonably adjust content and rules to fix errors, balance gameplay or maintain operations. Significant changes that materially affect users' existing interests will be explained through appropriate means and handled in accordance with applicable law.
6. Acceptable Use and Enforcement
You must not use the game for unlawful activities, impersonate another account holder, forge sign-in or ad callbacks, tamper with saves, use cheating tools, exploit bugs to claim rewards repeatedly, attack the service or infringe others' lawful rights.
You must not copy, crack, decompile or distribute game content in violation of applicable law or license terms, except where expressly permitted by law. Ordinary network connection tools are not considered cheating solely because their names include "accelerator."
Where there is reasonable evidence of a violation, we may take proportionate measures such as warnings, removal of improperly obtained benefits, feature restrictions or account bans, and provide a customer support channel for appeals. Significant measures, such as data deletion, will follow applicable law and reasonable procedures.
7. Personal Information and Account Deletion
See the Privacy Policy for information-processing rules. Accepting these Terms does not waive your privacy rights or replace any separately required advertising or other consent.
You can request deletion of your game account and associated saved progress through the in-game "Delete Account" entry or the webpage below. Customer support will verify and process the request. Processing periods and retention rules are described in the Privacy Policy.

After deletion, game progress and virtual items cannot be restored, but your Google account is not affected. Signing in again may create a new game account. Uninstalling the game or using "Reset Progress" is not a substitute for account deletion.
8. Intellectual Property
The game's software, code, artwork, music, text and trademarks belong to the operator or the relevant rights holders. We grant you a limited license to use the game for personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms.
Without permission, you must not commercially reproduce, distribute or sell game assets, except where permitted by applicable law.
9. Updates, Interruptions and Termination
We may release new versions through Google Play, carry out maintenance or adjust services. Automatic updates depend on your device, network and store settings. Some versions may require you to update manually to continue using the game.
Maintenance, faults, network issues or problems with Google or other third-party services may cause interruptions. We will reasonably investigate and take measures to restore service. For significant service changes or discontinuation, we will provide advance notice through appropriate channels as required by applicable law and explain arrangements for saved progress and related matters.
10. Liability and Consumer Rights
We will reasonably maintain the game service. Responsibility for problems caused by devices, networks or third-party services will be determined according to the circumstances and applicable law. These Terms do not exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, nor remove your statutory consumer rights.
We remain liable in accordance with applicable law for our intentional misconduct, gross negligence and other circumstances in which the law requires us to bear liability.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are generally governed by the law of the place where the operator is established. This does not affect mandatory consumer-protection or personal-information-protection rules applicable where you live, nor exclude local complaint procedures or remedies available to you by law.
If a dispute arises, please contact customer support first. If it cannot be resolved through discussion, either party may seek resolution through a body with jurisdiction under applicable law.
If any provision is invalid, the remaining legally valid provisions will continue to apply.
12. Changes to These Terms and Contact Information
When these Terms are updated, we will publish the last-updated date. Significant changes will be communicated through appropriate means, and we will obtain your consent where required by applicable law. You may stop using the game and request account deletion.
